Specialty ties

The Fastclip, Safelok III and Vossloh are fully captive concrete tie (clip, pad and insulator are pre-installed by the
manufacturer prior to shipment). The Safelok I is semi-capitive (clip and pad are pre-installed by the manufacturer prior to shipment).
